In a delightful display of creativity and collaboration, the Primary 6 students organized and participated in a spectacular Fashion Show. This event not only showcased their understanding of clothes and accessories vocabulary, which was the topic of the unit they just completed, but also highlighted their teamwork and organizational skills.

In anticipation of the Fashion Show, students had the task of writing descriptions for their selected outfits, incorporating the vocabulary they had recently learned. To make the Fashion Show a success, students had to also engage in meticulous planning and organization. Recognizing the importance of cooperation, they divided responsibilities among themselves. The roles included presenters, stage directors, models, a photographer, and teams that worked on decorations, music, and lights for the event.

Each role was crucial to the overall success of the event. Presenters were tasked with engaging the audience and providing information about the outfits, models had the responsibility of showcasing the various ensembles, the photographer captured the essence of the runway, the lighting crew set the mood by assisting in the operation of the lights, the stage directors ensured the smooth flow of the entire show, those responsible for the music had task of choosing appropriate songs, and the decoration crew chose the decorations and made posters for the event.

The Primary 6 Fashion Show was not just an entertaining event but evidence of the students’ ability to apply classroom knowledge in a practical and engaging manner. Through collaborative planning and coordinated effort, the students demonstrated the importance of teamwork and creativity. It was more than just a show. It was a fun journey we’ll remember for a long time.

Well done to the Primary 6 students and their teachers:
